confusedcash.com Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the confusedcash.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. confusedcash.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with confusedcash.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the confusedcash.com program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing confusedcash.com account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your confusedcash.com account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by confusedcash.com be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up confusedcash.com. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with confusedcash.com. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from confusedcash.com..
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from confusedcash.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Program Owners:
Any Program Owner that requests payout whilst any of the sites in their group are behind on payments, or are not answering support will have their payout requests denied. If they request again before their sites are in order their accounts will be suspended until such time that their own sites are up to date. Any members that have been deleted for this will not be allowed to rejoin. Any program owner that has closed/abandoned their sites without paying members or refunding members (for unused upgrades/aff pages etc) in full will not be permitted to join this site.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and confusedcash.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and confusedcash.com. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of confusedcash.com. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
confusedcash.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or confusedcash.com program, even if confusedcash.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, confusedcash.com aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
ACTIVITY

WHETHER YOU USE PTP OR NOT
JUST LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT COUNT AS BEING ACTIVE AND CAN GET YOU DELETED AFTER 30 DAYS
Free Upgrades
While we are offering a FREE Upgrade, We feel you should be aware of the following rules.
1) ONLY ONE(1) FREE UPGRADE PER PERSON. So if you join are upgraded then quit or are deleted. You can not get ANOTHER FREE Upgrade if you rejoin.
2) If after you have been upgraded and submitted your upgrade ads, you quit our site your ads will be DELETED.
3) The Free Upgrade is good for SIX (6) Months
CHEATING
CHEATING IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED.
CHEATING IS DEFINED AS THE FOLLOWING.
1) THE USE OF BOTS OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT CLICKS FOR YOU..
2) CLICKING ON MORE THEN 3 CHEAT LINKS IN A ONE MONTHS TIME PERIOD.
3) JUST USING THE PTP AND NOT CLICKING.
4) CLICKING A WHOLE PAGE WORTH OF PTC LINKS AT ONE TIME. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN NOT CLICK MORE THEN ONE PAGE WORTH OF PTC LINKS. WHAT IS DOES MEAN IS THAT YOU CAN ONLY CLICK ONE (1) LINK AT A TIME. AND THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THE TIMER TO EXPIRE BEFORE CLICKING ANOTHER LINK.
5) SUBMITTING YOUR FREE UPGRADE ADS WHEN YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CLICKING.
6) HAVING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. EXAMPLES OF THESE INCLUDE ACCOUNTS USING THE SAME PAYMENT ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME COMPUTER ID.
7) HAVING INCORRECT INFO LISTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
8) HAVING BAD INTERESTS SELECTED.
MEMBERS FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES CAN HAVE THEIR ACCOUNTS DELETED.
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE ANY MEMBER FOUND CHEATING ON ANY OTHER SITE.
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, ADD TO, DELETE AND / OR MODIFY THE DEFINITIONS OF CHEATING LISTED ABOVE AS WELL AS THE CONSEQUENCES TO MEMBERS FOUND GUILTY OF CHEATING
PTP USAGE TERMS
The use of the PTP is not a right but a priviledge. In order to USE and EARN from the PTP you MUST MEET the following requirements.

T.O.S. VIOLATIONS AND OTHER
CAUSES FOR TERMINATIONS
If you are found to be Intentionally Slandering, Trashing, Bashing, or Harassing The Confusedcash.com OR The Confusedcash Admin/Staff on ANY Public Forum/Discussion Board or via emails to the site. Your Account Can and WILL be Terminated. This does not say you cannot engage in Discussions regarding this Program in fact we would INCOURAGE you to POST at such time as when you are paid by us, However Slandering, Trashing, Bashing and Harassment of the Confusedcash.com or The Staff/Admin WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Your account can be and will be terminated without notice!
COPYING AND POSTING ANY PART OR ALL OF OUR ADMINSTRATIVE MESSAGES OR ADMIN EMAILS TO ANY PUBLIC OR PRIVATE FORUM OR SHARE THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THESE MESSAGES WITH ANY NON MEMBERS (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SALE, CONTEST INFO, ETC) IS A VIOLATION OF OUR T.O.S. AND GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
The Confusedcash reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time. Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations"(such as cheating, inactivity, etc) on your part, we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, ADD TO, DELETE AND / OR MODIFY THE ITEMS LISTED UNDER THE HEADING "T.O.S. VIOLATIONS AND OTHER CUASES FOR TERMINATIONS" AS WELL AS THE CONSEQUENCES TO MEMBERS FOUND GUILTY OF THE ITEMS LISTED.
Member Ads
Any and ALL ads submitted by members whether UPGRADED Member ads or Redemptions will ONLY run SO LONG as you REMAIN a member at our site. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ADS PURCHASED BY MEMBERS WITH CASH OR OUTSIDE FUNDS. NOR DOES IT INCLUDE ADVERTISERS ADS WHO REQUEST AN ADVERTISERS ACCOUNT)
Member Ads / Redemptions
Any and ALL REDEMPTIONS submitted by members whether UPGRADED Member ads or Cash and/or Point Redemptions must be for the member submitting the ad. They CAN NOT be SOLD, USED BY or TRADED to NON MEMBERS.
WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION FROM THE ADMINISTRATION
Site Support & Ads
With the exception of SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS, we TRY and respond to all Site Support requests as well as have all ads submitted up and running within 24 hrs. But we ASK that you ALLOW us up to 48 hrs before you contact us. We are HUMAN and once in a while we may miss an email in the large number we get daily. We are doing our best and usually have ads as well as site support requests done the same day we recieve them. Which is better then you can expect at a number of sites where you are lucky if the wm answers your emails at all.
VACATIONS
If for any reason you are going to be away from the computer and unable to click for an extentended amount of time (more then 2 or 3 weeks) PLEASE put yourself on vacation.

IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED LONGER THEN 60 DAYS, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL
IF YOU REQUEST PAYOUT THEN YOU PUT YOURSELF ON VACATION YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL AFTER YOU RETURN FROM VACAATION AND BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN ONCE YOU HAVE BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN YOU WILL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS
Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
confusedcash.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the confusedcash.com program. Affiliates will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by confusedcash.com. Affiliates will be paid
via PayPal / eGold. confusedcash.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate set by confusedcash.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.
Payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with confusedcash.com and may result
in legal prosecution. confusedcash.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. confusedcash.com may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
confusedcash.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
