Account Questions:
Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one
account per household, however each person registering an account must have a
separate computer and separate ISP to participate in our program.
How can I log into my account?
Log in at http://www.confusedcash.com
How can I cancel my account?
Go to your user info page and at the bottom of the page you enter
your username and password, then click cancel.
How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your affiliateship in our program allows confusedcash.com to send you email messages
and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from confusedcash.com without
terminating your affiliateship in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings.
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom
of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account".
How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link.
You will be able to edit any of your information except your name and member ID.
I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international affiliates.
I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their
program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV
users full earning privileges.
Earnings Questions:
How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These
amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however
we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.
When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout.
Members from China, India, Poland and Vietnam
You can redeem your earnings for ADS ONLY.
How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option
appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will
validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have
the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you
qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.
When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing
we will issue payment to you within 30 days.
How am I paid?
Payments are made via PayPal
IF YOU REQUEST PAYOUT THEN YOU PUT YOURSELF ON VACATION YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL AFTER YOU RETURN FROM VACATION AND BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN ONCE YOU HAVE BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN YOU WILL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS
Referral Questions
How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to confusedcash.com on your website.
You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers
or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming.
What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral
links" page.
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by affiliates to have referral
earnings show up, even for affiliates that have 100's or 1000's in their downline.
Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring
member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have
each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown
until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.
ACTIVITY Questions
We REQUIRE that you LOG IN to you account AT LEAST ONE (1) time every 7 days and CLICK a MINIMUM of 10 EMAIL LINKS to be CONSIDERED active. or a MINIMUM of 40 EMAIL LINKS a month JUST LOGGING IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT DOES NOT COUNT AS BEING ACTIVE. THE SITES MINIMUM ACTIVITY REQUIREMENT IS 40 EMAIL CLICKS A MONTH
IF AFTER 30 DAYS YOU HAVE NOT MET THE SITES ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED
Free Upgrades
While we are offering a FREE Upgrade, We feel you should be aware of the following rules.
1) ONLY ONE(1) FREE UPGRADE PER PERSON. So if you join are upgraded then quit or are deleted. You can not get ANOTHER FREE Upgrade if you rejoin.
2) If after you have been upgraded and submitted your upgrade ads, you quit our site your ads will be DELETED.
3) The Free Upgrade is good for SIX (6) Months
4) We reserve the right to refuse to award the free upgrade to anyone who we feel has NOT met certain minimum ACTIVITY requirements.
5) Members MUST MEET MINIMUM MONTHLY ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS in order to submit ads. If these requirements are not met then the ads will be rejected..
CHEATING
CHEATING IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED.
CHEATING IS DEFINED AS THE FOLLOWING.
1) THE USE OF BOTS OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT CLICKS FOR YOU..
2) CLICKING ON MORE THEN 3 CHEAT LINKS IN A ONE MONTHS TIME PERIOD.
3) SUBMITTING YOUR FREE UPGRADE ADS WHEN YOU HAVE NOT BEEN CLICKING.
4) HAVING MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. EXAMPLES OF THESE INCLUDE ACCOUNTS USING THE SAME PAYMENT ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNTS WITH THE SAME COMPUTER ID.
5) HAVING INCORRECT INFO LISTED IN YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
6) HAVING BAD INTERESTS SELECTED.
7) CLICKING A WHOLE PAGE WORTH OF PTC LINKS AT ONE TIME. THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN NOT CLICK MORE THEN ONE PAGE WORTH OF PTC LINKS. WHAT IS DOES MEAN IS THAT YOU CAN ONLY CLICK ONE (1) LINK AT A TIME. AND THAT YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR THE TIMER TO EXPIRE BEFORE CLICKING ANOTHER LINK.
MEMBERS FOUND TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES CAN HAVE THEIR ACCOUNTS DELETED.
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DELETE ANY MEMBER FOUND CHEATING ON ANY OTHER SITE.
WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE, ADD TO, DELETE AND / OR MODIFY THE DEFINITIONS OF CHEATING LISTED ABOVE AS WELL AS THE CONSEQUENCES TO MEMBERS FOUND GUILTY OF CHEATING.
Member Ads
Any and ALL ads submitted by members whether UPGRADED Member ads or Redemptions will ONLY run SO LONG as you REMAIN a member at our site. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ADS PURCHASED BY MEMBERS WITH CASH OR OUTSIDE FUNDS. NOR DOES IT INCLUDE ADVERTISERS ADS WHO REQUEST AN ADVERTISERS ACCOUNT)
Member Ads / Redemptions
Any and ALL REDEMPTIONS submitted by members whether UPGRADED Member ads or Cash and/or Point Redemptions must be for the member submitting the ad. They CAN NOT be SOLD, USED BY or TRADED to NON MEMBERS. WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION FROM THE ADMINISTRATION
Site Support & Ads
With the exception of SUNDAYS and HOLIDAYS, we TRY and respond to all Site Support requests as well as have all ads submitted up and running within 24 hrs. But we ASK that you ALLOW us up to 48 hrs before you contact us. We are HUMAN and once in a while we may miss an email in the large number we get daily. We are doing our best and usually have ads as well as site support requests done the same day we recieve them. Which is better then you can expect at a number of sites where you are lucky if the wm answers your emails at all.
VACATIONS
If for any reason you are going to be away from the computer and unable to click for an extentended amount of time (more then 2 or 3 weeks) PLEASE put yourself on vacation. YOU MAY PUT YOURSELF ON VACATION FOR UP TO 60 DAYS IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED LONGER THEN 60 DAYS, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US FOR APPROVAL
IF YOU REQUEST PAYOUT THEN YOU PUT YOURSELF ON VACATION YOU WILL NOT BE PAID UNTIL AFTER YOU RETURN FROM VACATION AND BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN ONCE YOU HAVE BECOME ACTIVE AGAIN YOU WILL BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS
